She works with a range of clients, including teens and adults who are experiencing difficult emotions, life transitions, interpersonal and relationship challenges, and questions related to identity growth and development. Natalie is especially passionate about working with teens, those undergoing career or retirement transitions, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.

Her counselling approach is grounded in self-compassion, which encourages kindness towards oneself, and the understanding that difficult times are not a sign of personal failure. The goal is to support you in developing and drawing upon your strengths to navigate and grow from these challenges. She believes that you already have the ability within yourself to live a joyful and fulfilling life, you might just need some dedicated time and space to figure out the next steps.

Natalie practices through a lens of harm reduction, equity, and inclusion. She prioritizes the safety and autonomy of marginalized identities, and takes a practical approach to minimize the negative outcomes of substance use and self-harm behaviours. If you think you might be a good fit, please get in touch by emailing natalie.ocp@gmail.com.
