[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]#Parenting…Who? aims to connect parents, caregivers and professionals with news and information that pertains to mental health and mental health wellness and all that in between has to offer!

The name #Parenting…Who? was chosen specifically; if one were to search #parenting online they may discover the information they access is also applicable to them and not just their kids! And that they too could benefit from some therapeutic guidance. The…Who? In the name together with the image of spilled coffee is the stumbling upon the notion there could also be benefits in looking within as well and that not everything is specific to our kids and their behaviours.

Our goal for this podcast is to de-mystify the therapy process and reach as many people as possible. Julie’s hope is to empower those who may never have imagined or even thought of therapy as something they could reach out to, seek, lean on or trust in. Most of all #Parenting…Who? Podcast and you guest speaking today is to let people know they are not alone and help is ALWAYS there. Through the podcast and our discussion it gives people an opportunity to get to know how therapists work and seek out their own support; and be the best parent/caregiver they can be in addition to living their best life.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
